including a 14 by 28 foot pool with new 115k
BTU pool heater and a jaccuzi jet wall

Dual
central air-conditioning systems with
independent thermostats allow the house to
be opened to the lanai and pool area with 2
bedrooms and a bathroom which can be kept
under AC control. Likewise, if the extra
bedrooms and bath are not being used this
area can be left warm to reduce energy
needs.
The
private dock has loads of lounge chair room
and provides a view along the canal. The
dock has a 10,000 pound boat lift if you
want to cruise the miles of canals or take a
quick trip to
Sanibel
Island
just 5
miles from your dock by protected and scenic
waters. The canal is populated by Snook,
Mullet, Jackfish, Snapper and even manatee
and dolphins are seen off the dock on
occasion.
