 This spacious air conditioned, luxury 3 bedroom, 3 bathroom riverfront home with superb solar heated pool (double panels for extra heat), with almost 2,400 SF of living area, and a million dollar view across the Caloosohatchee River. Furnished to the highest standard, like a model home, providing quality with comfort, was extensively and beautifully remodeled in 2004.

House Gold Coast is ideally located for fishing from your private dock or alternatively from one of the many tropical islands like Sanibel, Captiva or Marco which are located only a few miles away. These fantastic locations are famous for their beautiful white sandy beaches, golf courses abound (with inexpensive green fees) and homes in the multi million-dollar range. There is also available as an option a 26 foot bow rider which is lift kept on the private dock. When you finish your exciting day you can relax by the perfectly temperature pool and enjoy a Barbeque watching the dolphins swim. If you prefer take a short drive to restaurants, which would fulfill any dining experience you might require. During the following day you are only two minutes from the shops or super market and close to the outlet malls. Alternatively take a coastal drive to Naples with its high-class restaurants and shopping on 5th avenue. We recommend you explore the everglades or visit the Florida Keys passing through Miami with a stop or not to stop policy, ether way a trip not to be forgotten. Last but not least, Tampa and Orlando, who doesn't know these area well, drives of 1 to 2 hours brings this in to your world.

Nearest Airports are Fort Myers international (25 Minutes), Tampa, Orlando, Miami and Fort Lauderdale all with in 1/2 or 3 hours, your choice.
