The house has a comfortable living room with TV and DVD player.  Enjoy the split floor plan with two separate sleeping areas. There are a lot of sliders opening out to the pool area.  Relax and lounge around your private pool on the well furnished lanai which is fully enclosed in a screened cage. Come and cook out on the gas grill.

House Vivian comes with a beautiful electric heated pool & spa, 3 bedrooms, 2.5 baths, a comfortable living room and reading area with a desk for your laptop and is fully equipped.  Come to paradise and enjoy everything this lovely home has to offer. The house has also a boat dock with lift and we can help you to find the right rental boat for you.

If  you decide to leave your canal-side paradise and explore further a-field, a short drive away are the magnificent beaches of Fort Myers and the barrier islands of Sanibel and Captiva, world famous for its' fine shelling and Ding Darling Nature Reserve. How about a stroll along Lover's Key, a state park with numerous private sandy bays just waiting to be discovered. Or visit Naples for its' upscale shopping and restaurant district.
