This villa is detailled and decorated with passion and covers 2 floors and is located in the desired and beautiful yacht club-area. You need only a  few minutes to the River. The villa has 3 bed rooms (3 x King) and 2 modern bath rooms (one of them with whirlpool). The spacious living room is equipped with a big screen TV, DVD-Player and stereo unit. The gourmet kitchen is fully equipped. The pool has eastern exposure and is heated and controlled electrically as well as solar. The pool also has a new technology, that purely holds the water without chlorine. The large pool area is very beautifully furnished and is equipped among other things with a gas grill. In the garden, you find plants and trees that are typical for Florida (i.e. Mango tree).
