This lovely, tranquil, immaculate, vacation home is located in the NW section of Cape Coral with easy access (only one lift) to the Gulf of Mexico.  Upon opening the front door you will look directly through the lovely decorated living room to view the electric heated pool, spa and the gulf access canal. 

The kitchen is fully equipped with a coffee maker, blender, toaster, microwave, mixer and ice maker. The house has a comfortable living room with TV/VCR/DVD player and stereo and a separate reading area.  Enjoy the split floor plan with two separate sleeping areas, each side has a king sized master bedroom and either a twin bedded second bedroom or a queen sized second bedroom for a total of four bedrooms and three baths. All rooms are equipped with ceiling fans and both master bedrooms have sliders opening out to the pool area.  There are fours sets of sliders opening out to the pool area in all.  Relax and lounge around your private pool on the well furnished lanai which is fully enclosed in a screened cage. Come and cook out on the new gas grill.
The house has a new water system is called a "whole house reverse osmosis system" which means all the water in the house is filtered and disinfected by ultra violet light...making the water more pure than any spring water available.

House Melanie was built in 2001.  It comes with a beautiful electric heated pool & spa, 4 bedrooms, 3 baths, a comfortable living room and reading alcove and is fully equipped.  Come to paradise and enjoy everything this lovely home has to offer. The house has also a brand new boat dock and we can help you to find the right rental boat for you. There are nice water restaurants close by.

If  you decide to leave your canal-side paradise and explore further a-field, a short drive away are the magnificent beaches of Fort Myers and the barrier islands of Sanibel and Captiva, world famous for its' fine shelling and Ding Darling Nature Reserve. How about a stroll along Lover's Key, a state park with numerous private sandy bays just waiting to be discovered. Or visit Naples for its' upscale shopping and restaurant district.
