decorated with tropical plant life. It offers direct access to a freshwater
canal with a private waterfront that provides the opportunity to go fishing
without having to leave the property.
The house itself offers about 2000 square feet living space, has 3 bedrooms,
2 bathrooms, light, precious and spacious rooms, as well as a screened
terrace and pool area with canal view. The kitchen comes well equipped with
a big refrigerator and freezer, ice crusher, electric cooker and stove,
microwave, dishwasher, coffee maker, toaster, sink unit with garbage
disposer and many more utensils for easy cooking.
The first bedroom offers Kingsize, the second and third Queensize beds. An
additional bed is available to offer accommodation for an infant. Two
bedrooms have direct and easy access to the pool area and canal. Fisherman
are able to stay at home and go fishing at the waterfront. An outside table
and sun chairs are also provided. In the laundry room you can use washer and
dryer. Iron plus ironing board and vacuum cleaner are also available. A
spacious double garage with remote control with direct access into the house
is also at your disposal. Every room is equipped with central
airconditioning. All comes with full sets of linen, towels, and all you need
for your vacation: including radio, CD, international video recorder, DVD,
telephone, internet connection (road runner) and cable television. The use
of the internet is temporally unlimited and for free.
